Bruce McCarthy

"Everyone has a plan ’til they get punched in the mouth." —Mike Tyson

When change is necessary (and leading up to your regular roadmap updates), assess the depth of that change and start talking to stakeholders.

I go in deeper into managing change in Chapter 10 of my book, Product Roadmaps Relaunched. How do you manage being punched in the mouth? Tell me a story.
